Regional Accreditation
Regional Accreditation is a critical measure of quality among institutions of higher learning. Since 1916, UNC has been fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA)—one of six regional accrediting bodies in the United States. Accreditation reviews evaluate ALL programs delivered by an institution, whether delivered on-campus, off-campus or online.
